WARZONE PLAYERS WANT CHANGE TO NEBULA V ROUNDS!

The Nebula V Rounds hit Warzone Pacific in Season 2, like the stopping power rounds of old they provide you with a full clip of ammunition that has an added damage effect.

Unlike Stopping Power Rounds, which increased the damage of each round that hit the target, decreasing the time to kill dramatically, the Nebula V Rounds also have a negative effect.

The rounds emit a noxious gas that causes damage to both the enemy you are aiming at and anyone nearby. To this point it doesn’t sound like there is much of an issue, however the gas cloud that the rounds create lingers after the player is downed, which means that looting the player immediately will cause you some damage too.

Some users have expressed their confusion over the use of these rounds, with one Reddit user asking, “Aren’t nebula rounds just worthless, If I kill someone with it I can’t loot their bodies without taking DMG and wasting plates, the only way they might be useful is if you sniped someone far away and his teammates can’t raise otherwise they do more harm than good.

It is hard to argue that Redditor Abdullahbinalsafah has a point, and it seems that most people in the comments of the post agree with the OP.

Some users, however, do argue that there are some small benefits to the rounds such as an early game ammunition boost and a a speed up of the reload process, but one thing is for sure, they don’t have the one-sided benefit that Stopping Power rounds did in their heyday.

Could this make developers Raven Software re-asses the Nebula Rounds and either change or remove them in the near future? That remains to be seen, but if we do hear any more on the subject, we will be sure to update you here on BBB Gaming News.
