TIMTHETATMAN AND NICKMERCS ON WHAT WARZONE 2 NEEDS TO BE GREAT

It is no secret that there is a huge amount of hype building around the possibilities that Warzone 2 has to offer and 2 content creators have had their say on what they think is needed to make the next game’s map a hit with Warzone fans!

Since its release, Warzone has had a multitude of problems to deal with, ranging from a plague of cheaters to mag glitches and “demon guns”, but one thing that certainly divides fans on an unprecedented scale is the design of the new map “Caldera”. While “Verdansk” was a hugely popular with most of the battle royale game’s player base, the new Warzone Pacific map receives no such level of love. 2 of the more common complaints about the map are the colouring (which as a player myself who is colourblind, let me tell you is no small problem) and the lack of variety in terrain. It isn’t a stretch to say that it is all trees and hills.

With the high level of criticism that the current map has received, it would not be overstating it to say that Activision need to nail it with the Warzone 2 map if it is to see the same level of success as a battle royale that Warzone initially did. Perhaps the fact that the developer will be working on the game from a fresh start will be the new lease of life needed to bring Warzone back to its peak of popularity.

Popular FPS streamers NICKMERCS and TimTheTatMan have made their opinion on what Warzone 2’s map needs to be to get the players estranged by the “Caldera” map back onside.

In a recent stream, Nick and Tim opened up about the fact that they believe Warzone should make Modern Warfare 2 the core of the new map, bringing popular maps from one of the greatest multiplayer FPS games of all time to the forefront of the battle royale genre.

While they were discussing the possibilities for Warzone 2, Cloakzy started the conversation by saying: “We’re going to be playing warzone, and we’re going to be landing Highrise and ending in Favela, or something like that”, paying homage to 2 hugely popular MW2 maps.

Tim replied saying “ That’s what I said I wanted. I want to land at Highrise and run through Terminal and end up in Favela.”

Nick entered the conversation saying, “Okay, but since the beginning of Warzone we always talked about this. They make these great Call of Duty maps and they they just die. Why?” Nick continued. “Put them in Warzone. I completely agree, that’s a great idea.”

That’s what I said I wanted. I want to land at Highrise and run through Terminal and end up in Favela.

Modern Warfare 2 is widely expected to be the 2022 Call of Duty release with many rumors and leaks suggesting that some of the classic arenas from the 2009 original could make their way on to the game. With this, it sure is a posibility that the Warzone 2 launch map could also include some of these iconic locations.

As mentioned previously, MW2 is one of the most widely admired games in the series, so I am in no doubt that fans would be extatic to see some of their favorite maps of days gone by become landing zones in the next Call of Duty battle royale rendition.

Wow Nick and Tim, the go to guys on how to make warzone great. Here's a thought Nick and Tim, try calling out all the scamming liars, pretending to be gamer gods, when they couldn't shoot shit without cheats. And to even suggest they are decent players without cheats is laughable. Showing me the proof of a game without cheats being used is harder than proving they are cheating. The immaturity of these streamers simulating gay sex on stream maybe Tim and Nick wants to set an example in this department being the go to guys on the scene.

How about some grown ups smacking some arse and teaching some of these so called streamers how to behave, oh wait...…
