Faze Swagg is one of the most prominent Call of Duty Warzone content creators, thanks to his massive following across all platforms, including his Main YouTube channel with over 2.5 million subscribers and his MoreSwagg YouTube channel with almost 400k subscribers.
In the past there have been numerous accusations levelled against Swagg, usually revolving around the potential use of hardware devices such as a strike pack or Cronus Zen. For the most part, these accusations have been quite weak, usually stemming from a trolling or comedic comment made by Swagg or one of his teammates.
One incident, however, had a little bit more weight to it. BadBoyBeaman raised concern over what seemed to be a possible strike pack attached to Swagg’s controller in a video he posted online. As you can see in the video above, BBB questioned whether the lights showing on Swagg’s controller were a strike pack.
Unlike many creators who have had cheating allegations made about their gameplay or potentially damning footage of their setup, Swagg was extremely forthcoming and very transparent in answering the questions being asked. He immediately made a video showing both what the lights were (his scuff controller) and showing that it was in no way any kind of malicious hardware.
More recently, “Hacker Hunter”, Call of Shame has released a video suggesting that Swagg is in fact using cheats in Call of Duty Warzone.
This video centres around the fact that Swagg recently posted footage of himself playing on console, and that his aim and accuracy seemed to be a lot different in this footage than it is when he plays on his PC. We all know by now that visual recoil looks a lot more pronounced when playing on a lower FOV (such as on console which is locked to 80 FOV) compared to playing on 120 FOV, but the suggestion in this video is that the actual centring Swagg shows, and his overall accuracy are far from his usual standards.
Seeing a significant drop off in accuracy and a huge change in either centring, or the knowledge of enemy locations. is often a big indicator that a person who is playing on console or any other kind of neutral setup with no ability to install cheats, could actually be using cheats when playing on their own setup.
Call of shame seems quite certain that this gameplay indicates that Swagg is using something when he is playing on his usual setup, we would love to see your thoughts in the comment section below. Do you think that this is evidence that Swagg is using some form of performance enhancing software or hardware when making content on his PC, or worse, when he is competing in tournaments on it?
